We provide web development, mobile app development, e-commerce, custom software, cloud & DevOps, digital marketing and related services. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for any engagement are agreed separately in a proposal, quote or contract before work begins.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements, content and access needed to deliver the service.
• Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, trademarks or assets you provide to us for use in your project.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries and internal code owned by us remain our property and may be reused across projects.

Payments

Payment terms, milestones and schedules are set out in the project proposal or invoice. Work may be paused if payments are not received as agreed.

Limitation of Liability

OberoiTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the extent permitted by law.
